How to Use Moshare, a Sharepoint Client for iPhone: 5 Steps

Moshare by Moprise is an iPhone application that provides a rich interface to Microsoft SharePoint servers. With Moshare you can easily access and share your team contacts, calendars, and documents from SharePoints in the cloud or on in your corporation.
STEPS

USE ITUNES TO DOWNLOAD THE MOSHARE APPLICATION FROM THE HTTP://itunes.apple.com/us/app/moshare-a-sharepoint-client/id3633055

PROVIDE A FRIENDLY NAME FOR YOUR SHAREPOINT. This can be any name that is meaningful to you.

PROVIDE THE APP WITH THE URL TO YOUR SHAREPOINT SERVER. Make sure you remove trailing parts of the URL that identify the page. For example remove items like this : Shared%20Documents/Forms/AllItems.aspx

PROVIDE YOUR USER NAME AND PASSWORD. Hosted SharePoint (cloud, BPOS, Office365) use names of the form user@domain.com where as internal domain SharePoints may use domain/user. But in all cases, the user name and password is just as you would use when logging in via web browser.

MOST SITES USE SSL SO LET THAT BE "ON".
TIPS
SharePoint URL configuration is the most common problem. Make sure you specify the top of the SharePoint site properly. If you add pieces like "Shared%20Documents", Moshare will fail to find your SharePoint.
For example, in a web browser, you may see the following URL: https://moprise.hostpilot.com/MySubSite/Shared%20Documents/Forms/AllItems.aspx. To make this work in Moshare, you can put in moprise.hostpilot.com for the top level SharePoint. Or moprise.hostpilot.com/MySubSite to add the SharePoint subsite to Moshare.
This will be fixed in a later update.
